Louws Truss Inc is currently hiring for a Truss Designer to join our team at our Cashmere, WA office. Truss Designers are responsible for providing truss takeoffs and finished designs for residential and commercial projects throughout Washington State.
The ideal person in this position will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person with a professional and friendly demeanor, and work in a team environment. Candidates must be punctual, and have a cheerful willingness attitude to take on new tasks as assigned.

​This is a full-time position; Monday -Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Starting Wage: $20.00+ DOE

Qualifications:
We desire candidates who are self-motivated, have strong math skills, able to visualize in 3D. Some experience in in reading blueprints or work in AutoCAD or 3D modeling software is a plus, but not required. Must be detail oriented, able to work independently and work in an office environment.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
• Scheduling all new deliveries
• Respond in a timely manner to delivery requests
• Jobsite Verification
• Daily Delivery Communication
• Delivery Calendar Management

Qualifications and Requirements include:
This position works closely with builders, architects, and engineers to ensure loading and design criteria conform to the exact specifications of each project. Good communication skills are a must. Louws Truss utilizes industry specific training courses and accreditation to get new designers up to speed quickly.
