Louws Truss is looking for an Outside Truss Sales Representative. This position will primarily be in the South Western Washington/Pierce County area. We are a growing manufacturer and need representation to service an existing customer base and expand into new markets. Sales Representatives are responsible for servicing clients in their greater geographical area. Clients include, but are not limited to, lumber yards, contractors, developers, homeowners, and framers.

Outside Sales Representative at Louws Truss are customer focused and are the first point of contact with all customers. The ideal person in this position will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Louws Truss Sales Representatives are provided with a company vehicle and have the ability to work remotely, but expected to stop in at the Lacey location to check on their customers’ orders. We are an active and growing company and are looking to find talented people we can continue to build our future with.

This is a full-time position, salaried with commission.
Wage is D.O.E.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Maintain current product knowledge our products, must be able to represent the company well in your sales area, Achieve sales metrics and standards for performance and profitability.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must have extensive knowledge of framing practices, be technologically competent and have a desire to serve customers at a high level. This is a career position. Knowledge and experience in the truss industry, a strong understanding or the building materials industry and framing is required. Qualified applicants will be driven to perform and looking to work with a highly competent team.
