Sales Area: Greater Eastern Washington (Tri Cities, Yakima, Ellensburg, Moses Lake) Louws Truss is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to service the greater Eastern Washington market out of our Cashmere manufacturing facility. We are a growing component manufacturer and need additional representation to service an existing customer base and expand into new markets. Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) serve as an intermediary between the customer, design team and manufacturing facilities. The day-to-day responsibilities include servicing clients throughout the design and bidding process, verifying construction parameters prior to manufacturing, managing delivery schedules and working through any issues that may arise with a project. OSRs also generate new business by actively pursuing projects and new clients in their sales area. The OSR position is a fast pace and rewarding career that services lumber yards, contractors, developers, homeowners and framers. Louws Truss OSRs are provided with a company vehicle, cell phone, and credit card. They have the ability to work remotely and independently once through our training program. Qualifications and Requirements include: • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience • Demonstrate desire to serve clients and build long term relationships • High attention to detail • Knowledge of standard framing and construction practices • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency • Valid Driver’s License • Applicants with Truss Industry experience are desired, but not required. This position if Full Time Monday-Friday
Pay: This position is salary DOE plus commission/bonus pay.
