We have an opening for a Sales andOffice Support/Receptionist at our Burlington WA location. Combing strong customer-service skills and exceptional attention to detail, this role is the first point of contact for our customers and vendors, as well as offers support to our sales and office teams. This is a full-time nonexempt position: Monday – Friday 7:30am - 4pm. Hours may be adjusted if needed.
Salary & Benefits:
Starting Wage: $21.00 - $23.00 an hour DOE with potential increase upon a successful 90-day review.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Sales and Office Support
Process initial bids for outside sales staff
Assist in managing delivery schedules with Sales and Dispatch
Distribute completed bids and orders to customers
Retrieve plans and jobsite schedules off industry builder portals
Order office supplies
Distribute invoices and shipping receipts to appropriate departments
Welcome guests and visitors to Louws Truss
Help potential job candidates with the application process
Sign for packages and deliveries
Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate team member or department.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
The ideal person in this position will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Candidate must be punctual, cheerful, and possess a willingness attitude to take on new tasks or spearhead projects as assigned.
Able to multi-task in a busy environment
Previous administrative experience
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite
