We are looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver at our Burlington Location. The primary responsibilities for this position will be delivering product to the job sites, loading trucks/trailers, as well as other duties. The ideal candidate for this position has a clean driving record, is able to communicate effectively with others, work in a team setting, has good attendance, is able to lift / move 50 – 75lbs. on a regular basis and have a “can-do” attitude. This position works primarily outside in the elements year-round.

This is a full -time nonexempt position Monday -Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (or earlier depending on deliveries) with opportunity for Over Time and You will be home every night! During the training period, the employee will drive a flatbed truck at first, then move to pulling a trailer.

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour D.O.E. with potential increase upon a successful 90-day review.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Pilot Escort (will train)
• Load trucks/trailers (will train)
• Delivering product to job sites
• Organizing/staging for next day deliveries
• Other duties as assigned
• Shuttle product or meet cranes at job sites
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements include:

• Clean driving record (Driving abstract will be requested - required)
• Lift/move 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis (required)
• Able to climb on/off trucks as needed to strap down the loads
• Able to work outside in the element year-round
• Work in a team environment
• Have attention to detail
• Able to multi task
• 1-year previous delivery experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age (at a minimum)
