Production Worker – Louws Truss, Inc. (Cashmere, WA)
Louws Truss is a locally owned company serving the Pacific Northwest for 70+ years. We manufacture roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for Production Workers to join our team. No experience necessary!
What You’ll Do:

• Learn to build roof & floor trusses using automated equipment
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Opportunity to advance into Lead, Driver, Crane Operator, Truss Designer, Forklift, or Supervisor roles (we promote from within and pay for training)

Schedule:

• 4:00am–2:30pm, Mon–Thurs
• Overtime often available

Pay & Benefits:

• $20/hour starting, review after 90 days
• 6 paid holidays
• Medical, dental, supplemental insurance after 60 days
• 401k with 4% company match after 6 months

Requirements:

• Stand for entire shift, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE (steel/composite toe boots required)
• Reliable attendance, able to follow direction & work safely
• Prior construction/manufacturing experience helpful but not required
