Louws Truss Inc has an opening for the position of Dispatcher in our Burlington, WA office. The role of Dispatcher requires high communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands. The Burlington dispatcher reports directly to our Fleet Manager and is responsible for scheduling deliveries for our Burlington and Lacey locations. The Dispatcher coordinates deliveries with Salesman, Operations, and Delivery Personnel. Once trained, this is a fasted paced job with lots of daily interaction. Problem solving skills and a willingness to “make it happen” are required.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): • Scheduling all new deliveries • Respond in a timely manner to delivery requests • Jobsite Verification • Daily Delivery Communication • Delivery Calendar Management Qualifications and Requirements include: • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience • Operate a multi-line phone system • Ability to multi task while maintaining attention to detail • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Candidate must be punctual and have a willingness to take on new tasks as assigned.
This is a full-time position; Monday – Friday 7:00 am-4:00 pm
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
